The elves built a template for a long-term staffing model and we want to share it with you!
This is not a class about how to use WFM software - it's actually the opposite. We'll show you how to create and use a WFM Staffing Model in Excel so you will know what goes on behind the scenes.
You need to have a working knowledge of Excel and a healthy tolerance for a virtual Zoom session that will last approximately 2 hours. This is not a soft-skills class and it's not basic training. It's gonna be hard, fast-paced, and fun!

Classes are limited to the first 50 people, first-come first-served.
